We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading player in the oil and gas industry. The position plays a pivotal role reach in refined products and strengthen partnerships across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Expansion: Focus on improving sales channels and developing regional markets.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Gathering first-hand market information and writing reports to aid traders.
- Relationship Management: Establishing and engaging with counterparties, customers, and new trading opportunities.
- Collaboration Across Departments: Working with Trading, Finance, Legal, and Risk Control to optimize deals and business plans.
- Contract Negotiation: Involvement in drafting MOUs and contracts for potential deals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or trading roles within the oil trading industry.
- Deep understanding of energy markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
