Business Development Manager

Job scope:

• Develop sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
• Manage, train, and motivate team to meet or exceed targets
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report results to senior management
• Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets and customer segments
• Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources to meet targets
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and product launches
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Manage the sales/marketing department budget to ensure cost-effective operations
• Provide regular sales.marketing performance reports to senior leadership
• Coach and mentor sales team members, providing training and development opportunities
• Handle relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements:

• Very good understanding on corporate secretarial services is a must
• Good experience working in Software company or construction company in business development role is a good to have.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
