Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the LNG Market and possess strong trading, business development and origination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute physical and derivative trades in the LNG market.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, supply and demand factors, and price movements.
- Manage risk through effective hedging and risk management techniques.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key market participants, including suppliers, customers, and brokers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
- Analyze market data and generate reports to support trading decisions.
- Collaborate with other traders and departments to align trading strategies with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in LNG trading or related products trading
- In-depth knowledge of the LNG market, including supply chains, pricing mechanisms, and key players.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in trading software and analytical tools.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques.
