Job Description

2C2P is a global payments platform helping businesses securely accept payments across online, mobile and instore channels. The company is headquartered in Singapore and operates globally, with an expertise in emerging markets. It is the preferred payments platform provider of the world's leading enterprises across all sectors including IKEA, Lazada, Thai Airways, Lenovo and more.

Started since 2018, digital goods product is built on 2C2P's secure and comprehensive payments processing network, aggregating popular digital bills, gift card, top-up and services into a single platform, bringing greater convenience and value to our partners and merchants.

We are looking to hire a motivated, analytical, and adventurous Business Development Manager or Senior Manager to help us lead and drive sales expansion globally. The role will be operating in complex matrix settings and required to be extremely hands on and operational at times.

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and reporting to the Director of Digital Goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive business development activities and expanding our presences globally
  • Collaborate closely with countries business development teams across the region and be responsible for overall business performance
  • Actively hunt and develop new business partners and clients across the region
  • Identify, establish and maintain partnership with key clients, industry leaders and key partners
  • Perform market research and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and countries business development teams to improve sales materials and pitch new innovations
  • Pitch marketing promotion ideas with new and existing partners and deliver win-win partnership campaigns mapped to business objectives
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs to operations, product and technology team
  • Support on management reporting and data analytics to build business forecast and track performance

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of relevant work experiences in e-commerce/digital goods industry and particularly familiar with mobile gaming and gift card/codes business
  • Prior experiences in B2B business development or managing key partners/clients
  • Preferably with experiences managing senior stakeholders and exposure in regional/global markets
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Not afraid in work in extremely fast pace environment with constant changes and pressure to deliver results
  • Self-driven, organized and motivated
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
