Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
Main Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients
- Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions
- Doing outdoor canvassing and getting new clients to engage our services
- Consult with prospect about their hiring and employment needs
- Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio
- Report on sales activity on a weekly basis
- Working closely together with recruitment consultants to better understand clients needs and to manage client's expectations
- Other general duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hunter mentality and a no fear approach to prospecting corporate clients
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
- Min 1 year of corporate sales, B2B experience
- If no experience, but willing to learn and sales driven will be considered
- Able to work independently
- Salary ranges from $2500 - $3500 (Basic) + allowance + attractive commission and incentives
