As a Business Development Senior Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth. This role involves reaching out to prospects, generating leads, and meeting overall sales and new door targets. You will manage customer relationships, ensuring engagement and satisfaction among both current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing new business in the relevant territory, reaching out to prospects and generating leads to meet overall sales and new door targets
- Customer relationship management
- Work closely with education team to conduct presentations and product demonstrations to hair salons
- Actively manage interactions with current and prospective customers, making sure they are engaged
- Participating in sales team meetings and suggesting suitable options for achieving targets
- Working closely with the internal team to maximise existing opportunities, for events, seminars and trainings etc.
- Market research
Requirements
- Minimum O-level or Diploma holder
- 3-5 years with relevant experience preferably in the haircare industry
- Excellent in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented and proactive in achieving sales targets
Other Information
- 5 days work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
- Transport and Mobile Allowance + Commission
