Responsibilities
1. Oversee the team's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
2. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to implement platform enhancements.
3. Work with the Sales team to enhance and streamline processes.
4. Assist with product onboarding in coordination with HQ.
5. Address and resolve inquiries and issues from Partner admins by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
6. Provide patient, timely, and effective support when handling complaints or issues.
7. Generate campaign and fee payment-related reports as needed.
8. Support the onboarding process for new partnerships and corporate accounts, ensuring seamless follow-up.
9. Liaise with individual account opening processes, if required.
10. Contribute to new projects by offering backend support.
11. Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments to partners and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Marketing or related field.
Takes ownership of work, driven have desire to succeed.
Good planning, organizing skills and learning attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented, pleasant, pro-actively and able to work under pressure.
. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage stakeholders in HQ in China.
