Job Profile Summary:
The Distribution Digital Enablement team is responsible for driving the development, implementation and modernisation of digital strategies that transform our distribution model, incorporating new digital platforms and capabilities to enhance sales engagement and point of sales processes through partnering with key stakeholders.
As a Business Digitalisation Manager, you will be responsible for driving new digital capabilities / platforms and adoption:
. Enable lead management, prospecting and managing relationship with existing customers
. Build new digital capabilities / platforms to transform our point of sales and other distribution processes aligned with our distribution strategy
. Enhance our current core distributor business platforms to modernize and futureproof the business.
You will also support stakeholder management and change management for these new capabilities / platforms launched to drive maximum adoption across our channels.
