Description

. Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and data-driven decision-making needs.

. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts and data professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and support team development.

. Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

. Drive the development of actionable reports and dashboards using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.

. Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide solutions that deliver business insights.

. Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and compliance regulations when managing and sharing business intelligence.

. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights derived from data.

. Implement advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to provide deeper insights and forecast future trends.

. Continuously evaluate and improve BI tools and technologies to ensure they meet business needs and improve efficiency.

Requirement

. Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.

. Min. 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

. Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is highly desirable.

. Proven track record in managing BI projects, working cross-functionally, and leading teams to successful project delivery.

. Good knowledge of statistics models and methodologies
