This position within the GCOO Business Management team is responsible for leading the development of Client Management Framework (CMF) topics in relation to the Client Lifecycle Management Target Operating Model initiatives (CLM TOM) program. The Business management team facilitates and drives the development & implementation of these topics which impact the Front Office (FO) and is steered by the CEO, COO and the Heads of Sales in consultation with the other functional SMEs as needed. This role reports to the Head of Business Management.
The successful candidate is expected to frame issues, define scope, project manage and engage stakeholders across the bank and the CLM TOM Program organization to drive the CMF topics to achieve effective, efficient and efficacious outcomes. The candidate is a self-starter, a good communicator (from working group users/SMEs to senior management reporting) and has result-oriented and organized mindset.

Establish and facilitate/manage a working group (WG) of cross-functional members to agree and align on the direction of the capability in the Bank's operational and strategic context.
Organise and plan the work components necessary to deliver key aspects of the capability.
Lead the WG to developing the capability roadmap in the medium term and define business requirements in the immediate term.
Establish the artifacts of the CLM Prospecting capability.
Support the BM Organisation on engaging effectively on the CLM TOM Programme
Integrate required tactical and strategic change into BAU.
Qualifications
A university degree with at least 3 - 7 years experience in the Private Banking front office context and business integration needs for successful implementation
Experienced/super user of PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI and Word applications
Keen grasp of project management tools and concepts and practitioner of organized change / principle-based design and issue-based problem solving
Strong command of English and effective communication skills
Meticulous, conscientious with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines/targets.
