You will be responsible for providing business governance management coverage to the Front Office team in governance topics (regulatory compliance and internal frameworks / policy / guidance / best practices / procedure).

Job Description:


Team Support
Support & advisory to team in governance topics (regulatory compliance and internal frameworks / policy / guidance / best practices / procedure)
Drive improvements for Sales and Advisory related policies and procedures by, but not limited to representing FO in the working groups, where applicable, providing constructive feedback to improve the current sales / operational processes and advising these guidelines, policies & procedures to FO and share best practices.
Point of contact and support the FO management team in Group Audit/Compliance Testing/Thematic Reviews (non-FCC) remediations and responses to close out audit points within timeline and facilitate awareness creation or issue resolution by business risk partners among FO staff on the relevant audit observations or risk management practices.
Facilitate Business Governance team/ FO in trouble shooting to ensure day to day operations to improve efficiency and achieve client excellence.
Bank-wide
Foster and promote a culture of excellence and best practices sharing and adoption across bank.
Drive/lead/support/execute improvement FO or FO-related processes/topics for the Bank for better effectiveness, efficiency, and efficacy.
Represent FO to drive bank-initiated projects which relates to FO business initiatives, efficiency or mitigates risk.
Collaborate globally across BOS and OCBC Group by working with stakeholders, and functions as appropriate to achieve optimal outcome for the business.

Qualifications

A university degree with at least 3 - 7 years experience in working directly with different stakeholders, preferably in a business management capacity within the Front Office
Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
Ability to organize people and processes, and ability to lead groups toward a single goal.
