Job Description

$4000 - $5500 + Attractive Components

Annual Wage Supplement & Variable Bonus

5 days, 1.30am -10.30pm ( Additional Allowance $15/day )

CBD - Suntec City, IT company, Overseas business travel required.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Operating Officer in developing department plans and goals.
  • Provide accurate translation during business meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to leverage resources.
  • Manage Executive s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Participate in other business activities & Ad - Hoc tasks assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Min 1-3 years assistant experience with C level executives.
  • Able to accept irregular travel schedule and work in fast pace.
  • Work closely and liaise with Chinese associate, fluency of bilingual is a must.
