Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration & Marketing Manager to enhance the efficiency of our operations while supporting our marketing to our Chinese-speaking end consumer and key account initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
. Oversee all daily administrative work
. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries with professionalism.
. Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
. Develop and implement cost-effective ideas and solutions.
. Assist in financial tracking, including budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
Marketing Support:
. Collaborate with key accounts to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
. Develop marketing materials and channels to reach Chinese consumers
. Assist in the creation of Chinese promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
. Conduct research on market trends and customer needs to provide insights for marketing campaigns.
. Monitor marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
. A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management
. Proficient in office management software tools
. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
. Excellent Chinese Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
