Business Operation Manager
As a Business Operation Manager with Univers, your target is to facilitate and improve operation process governance and execution, making sure the company's backbone operation process, especially Opportunity to Cash is running in a health and efficient way, and thus drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding support: Collaborate with GTM (Sales team) during the pre-sales stage and provide bidding support; Facilitate bidding process from initiation to tender submission, ensure timely and accurate completion of all bidding activities; Draft, compile and review tender documents to ensure compliance and support bidding.
- Contract management: Including contract drafting, revision, review, contract negotiation and signing and filing related work, lead contract negotiations and maintain comprehensive records; setup company standard contract template and contract management standards and practices.
- NBM (New Business Management) process management: Based on company's NBM process and policy, manage NBM operation, including CRM(Salesforce) system based NBM approval process and NBM meeting management, making sure NBM disciplines are being well executed and sales risks are being well managed.
- Sales Management: Support company leadership team on all kinds of sales reports and sales analytics, provide data-driven business insights for better decision making.
- PMO management: lead or support company level internal strategic initiatives or key projects.
- Other: Participate and support other internal management improvement programs, such as process optimization, Business IT enhancement and etc.,
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in economics/Trade Law/Business or equivalent
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operation management, process optimization, governance enhancement, data-analytics and etc.,
- Candidate with working experience in consulting company, or operation management background from Tech/Software company will be preferred
- Proven experience (3+ years) in bidding management, contract drafting and negotiation in Asia region and global wide (European and North American etc.)
- Able to be effective in coordination, teamwork and communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-teams in English and Mandarin (preferred)
- Prior experience from Tech/Software industry is preferred
