Job Description & Requirements:- Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
Cooperation with the customer support team and provision of advice in sales related issues- Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
Contacting customers and presentation of the current products or services
- Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business- Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability
Support MICE team for operation and to assist clients in planning, contracting, organizing, and executing various events
- Achieve sales growth and hit sales target Team and Individual
Handling dispute and complaints internally & externally
Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the Travel Industry trends and best practices
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
- Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Management, or related field- Relevant certifications in Business Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Hospitality and Travel Industry
