Keeping the Avaya phone system up-to-date and configuring it for new team members.
Maintaining a comprehensive record of laptops, including their status and location within the organization.
Coordinating planned shutdowns and startups to perform system backups and ensure data recovery in collaboration with headquarters.
Setting up and managing the mapping of network drives for efficient data access and sharing.
Assist in accounts payable, and accounts receivable, banking in cheques
Requirement
Work experience as finance, administrative support
Proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Understanding in IT applications and systems is preferable
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Proactive, resourceful and meticulous
Able to work independently and is a good team player
Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
