Business Ops Analyst - Demand Planning

This role has been designed as Hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to the company policy and country regulatory requirements.

Participates in the process by which demand signals are developed, validated for alignment with transition plans, supply constraints identified, and an executable plan defined that meets financial and market share goals.

  • Monitoring of business delivery metrics performance
  • Working with Global Analytics team on reports
  • Understanding of the data behind each metrics and provide failure analysis through deep dive
  • Provide potential area of improvements and working with Supply Chain teams on implementation

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience with some knowledge of supply chain management will be an advantage
  • Typically, 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.

  • Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills mastery in English and local language.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Sensitive to data and trend ie ability to detect abnormalities in data trend
  • Ability to connect data trends and patterns to process variation
  • Ability to study a pool of data and perform trending based on different angles to confirm a hypothesis or draw conclusion
  • Statistics knowledge and supply chain knowledge will be an advantage
  • Proactive mindset
