Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalise ISCA's international strategy by organising webinars, overseas networking sessions and other events.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with professional accountancy bodies at all levels.
- Project manage international projects and initiatives, including meetings and in-market activities with overseas chapters, international alliances and partners to ensure timely delivery of outcomes and support for management and members.
- Coordinate both local and overseas engagements - this includes arranging meetings, preparing social media posts, handle meeting logistics, receiving guests, note-taking and providing other support.
- Work closely with International Growth team and ISCA's overseas chapter chairpersons for the development of ISCA's overseas chapters
- Manage and moderate ISCA's group chats for both members and the business community, fostering engagement and community building
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in partnerships, international relations, advocacy, project management or a related field are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to make meaningful assessments and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Successful applicant will be offered a 3.5 months contract.
