Business Planning and Operation Manger, Private Wealth
The Business Planning and Operation Manager will be responsible for building and optimizing the operational framework for private wealth business, covering high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs. This includes developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to attract, engage, retain, and expand the client base. The role requires a deep understanding of client needs, coordination of internal resources, and enhancement of product and service penetration. Regular analysis of industry trends and competitive dynamics is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Management Framework Developments:
Develop and implement an operational framework for high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs, including but not limited to client segmentation, tiering client benefits scheme, and online client portal operation including in-app and website.
Responsible for scaling and meeting business growth targets, ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the operational framework. Regularly monitor market and competitor dynamics, produce relevant reports, and provide recommendations for operational strategy adjustments based on analytical findings.
2. Client Lifecycle Growth Strategies:
Formulate and execute growth strategies across the entire lifecycle of high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs, from acquisition to conversion, engagement, retention, and expansion.
Collaborate with other functions in the team, such as client facing personnels or marketing managers, to effectively implement growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
3. Go To Market planning and implementation
Identify key business scenarios and user needs based on the investment demands of high-net-worth clients, family office and EAMs.
Coordinate and implement GTM strategies with relevant function including sales and service personnels, marketing manager and other internal resources within private wealth business, to enhance conversion rates at critical stages and increase product and business penetration.
