Business Process Analyst
Our Team
You will be reporting to the Business Process Lead and you will be working in the Supplier Enablement team within Finance Solution Division.
What You Will Do
- Act as a liaison with suppliers from Vietnam, Korea, and other regions to facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Follow defined financial control procedures designed and accurately gather and verify information from suppliers to protect the company's financial assets and ensure secure, timely outgoing payments.
- Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) prior to entering in the ERP system.
- Onboard suppliers through dedicated request platforms and maintain Vendor Master Data, ensure accuracy of the Vendor Master Data in the ERP systems.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, 3rd party suppliers, operations, & IT to execute effective and accurate supplier master data.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and addressing any challenges collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and cross-regional tasks, supporting broader organizational goals.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or purchasing.
- Experience working with internal financial control standards and processes.
- Fluency with Korean Language to better serve our Korean-speaking customers.
- Fluency with Vietnamese Language to better serve our Vietnamese-speaking customers.

- Previous experience with supplier master data.
