Analyse, plan and implement operational process enhancements, to improve the team's existing workflows wherever required.
Gather, understand business requirements and translate them into functional outcomes and deliverables.
Work closely with key stakeholders to improve existing processes.
Assist product managers to deliver activities related to approved training plans.
Manage plan and logistics required to deliver project activities and deliverables as part of process streamlining.
Collate feedback from user surveys/FAQ and maintain in central database.
After which to recommend and implement action plans to adjust processes to suit user needs.
Act as one of the key point of contact for training & logistics matters with relevant stakeholders.
Experience & Skillset
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
Experience with business process and requirements management, project management.
Detail oriented with excellent task scheduling skills- thorough, organised and productive while working remotely.
A good communicator, strong in written and communication skills, with some understanding of training processes.
Ability to translate details and requirements into documentation, as well as to prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
Event organisation and management background is a plus.
Independent and hands-on, self-motivated individual.
