Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results from initiation through completion of M&A projects.
Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions and keep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Review fundamentals and fact about target company and create executive summaries to enable decision making.
Design and run data management processes in support of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) due diligence phase to allow the analysists to focus on assessing the data, identifying key risks and liabilities and confirming the sources of value with the deal.
Develop and drive M&A integration project management processes and procedures
Continuously explore and leverage next technologies and practices to improve overall efficiency of M&A integration projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, project management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, business process analysis and data analytics.
Merger & Acquisitions knowledge experience in the relevant industry.
Project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and risk management.
Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of daily work assignments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
