Business Solutions Executive

Position: F&B Business Solutions Executive (POS + Delivery)

• Responsibilities:

• Understand Wecome POS Business Model and Bulk Mode Delivery Model

• Project Implementation:

Schedule meetings to assess potential clients business solution needs.

• Conduct site surveys with clients to familiarize them with the outlet layout.

Prepare the client's system backend and hardware.

• Perform onsite hardware installation.

Provide training to users on system operation.

• Offer support for clients during system go-live.

Conduct project reviews with clients post-implementation.

• Technical Support:

Deliver timely support and resolutions for client inquiries and system issues.

• Replace faulty hardware as required.

Participate in phone duty one week per month with a company allowance.

• Test new system features or fixes as needed.

Develop documentation, manuals, and guides for end-users.

• Assess customers future needs and recommend best practices.

Transition to Project Management or Pre-Sales roles once proficient with the companys solutions.

• Requirements:

Diploma in IT or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge and experience with POS or delivery businesses are advantageous.

A responsible, diplomatic individual with strong initiative and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity.

Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese is an added advantage.
