Job Description

Responsibilities
Preparation of presentations and proposal documents.
Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and Word.
Collaborate with the internal stakeholder(s) to maintain and uphold quality of deliverables.
Perform regular checks, creation, amendment, and updating of data.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
Communicate with landlords, arrange viewings, and schedule appointments.
Interact seamlessly with internal teams, including office leasing and retail leasing departments.
Assist the stakeholder in resolving daily operational issues.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Apply robust coordination skills to efficiently manage assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

At least a NITEC in Business Studies, Office Studies, Administration (or any relevant field), or completed O / N level.
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft applications.
Able to convey clear messages and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable making calls, coordinating meetings, and liaising with various internal departments.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Thrive under pressure and work well in a dynamic setting.
