Job Summary:
The Business Support Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. This individual will support various administrative functions, assist with customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings, ensuring availability and proper documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and engage potential customers.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and liaising with service providers.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
