Responsibilities
. Provide full spectrum of recruitment
. Work closely with business operation to identify manpower requirement
. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
. Create, propose and implement strategic effective hiring channels, procedures or techniques to improve recruitment measures & talent pipeline
. Effectively engage employees with daily operations needs
. Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required
. Be the point of contact to deliver value added services to both management and employees
. Others ad hoc duties as assigned
