Job Description

Major financial institution is seeking a Business Support Manager to support the COO Office in vendor and contract financial data forecasting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
  • Monthly forecasting and analysis (base & initiative), including financial reconciliations.
  • Invoice reconciliations and SOW maintenance.
  • Headcount reporting and resource data maintenance.
  • Creating and tracking hiring requests.
  • Understanding onboarding controls.
  • Monitoring compliance routines.
  • Deep dive analysis on drivers of variances in data.
  • Ensure related expenses are booked and aligned correctly with general ledger.
Requirements:
  • Basic accounting knowledge and financial acumen
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Analytical, Data driven, and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good to have working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures.
