About Us
Our team comes from APAC Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key market partners across the APAC region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Training & Development team for the APAC region to design and expand enablement programmes based on the needs assessment of sales teams including onboarding and continuous development
- Conduct regular learning needs analysis and align with Learning Experience Design, GBS Sales, Quality, Vendor, Marketing etc to adapt training programs to the needs of the business across product, process sales and soft skills
- Own and deliver global training programs focused on core sales functions/areas with partners based in multiple regions
- Own the performance management, coaching and professional development of a team of training specialists
- Define processes to ensure training evaluations are conducted and actions are made to ensure all training provided is impactful and aligned with business objectives
- Manage the operational responsibilities of a training team including communication to the org, training calendars, trainer capacity etc.
- Stay connected on current learning/teaching trends and adopt innovative approaches to drive impactful, engaging learning for our learners
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Proven experience in a Training and Development/Learning and Development department, with extensive abilities and knowledge of leading a sales training team
- Strong knowledge of AdTech and Online Advertising products, with the ability to drive improvements to product knowledge of sales teams
- A proven leader, someone who can lead a cross functional and regional training team
- Project Management experience working in multiple territories globally to drive enablement, with an operational mindset and an ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity and change
- A strong understanding of adult learning theory with experience designing and implementing effective training and development through adopting multiple learning approaches (ADDIE, VARK, Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation etc) and an ability to link training to performance and quality using measurable outputs
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on regional and global training deliverables
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience working within a multinational organisation to drive training deliverables

Preferred qualifications
- Experience and strong knowledge of the digital marketing/advertising landscape
- Experience working with SMB vendors across sales, programs, tooling etc to drive alignment and performance
- Flexible to travel to other regional sites
