Business Transformation Specialist

Our client, a Global MNC, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Business Transformation Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage applications to support the company's initiatives in Digitalisation & Transformation
• Lead the Project Development, Change Management and Implementation from the business and technical perspectives
• Expand the adoption and coverage of the application globally
• Ensure global, regional, and local project initiatives are aligned with company Digital Commerce strategy that is primarily focused on providing an End-to-End customer solution
• To continually innovate new ideas and solutions to promote or enrich customer service and other applications capabilities & explore integration opportunities.
• To participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects involving eCommerce and corporate portal application areas towards digitization and other digital offerings to the customer.
• Implementation of system enhancements, new regulations and/or processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process changes, oversee the implementation of revised processes and monitor the efficacy of updated processes
• Review and Analysis of current existing process workflows

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Diploma in relevant field
• Self-driven with ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills & people management.
• 2-4 years of experience in Product design and management, project management or software design and development
• Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices preferred
