Butler CEO Office

Key Responsibilities:

I. Operational Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
Provide concierge services, including restaurant recommendations and reservations
Assist with special requests from executives and VIP clients
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the CEO's office
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the CEO's office

II. Hospitality and Guest Service Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, etc.) for the CEO and guests
Arrange and set up meeting rooms for executive meetings
Coordinate catering for meetings and events
Greet and assist high-profile visitors and guests
Apply banquet knowledge for high-level functions

III. Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury concierge services, or as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals
Must have banquet knowledge and experience
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with high-level executives
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol
