Buyer (2-Year Contract)

Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Choa Chu Kang/Jurong East MRT station)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Buyer to manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and services essential for our operations in the energy sector. This role focuses on sourcing and purchasing to support ongoing maintenance and cost-effective procurement practices.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase equipment, materials, spare parts, software, and services to maintain seamless business operations.
• Support plant maintenance by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement across all departments.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on procurement experience, ideally in the oil, gas, or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management.
