Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and quality control, to ensure seamless product selection, timely delivery, and adherence to the highest standards- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, leveraging your exceptional communication and bargaining skills to secure the best possible deals
Maintain a keen awareness of the competitive landscape, monitoring rivals fresh product offerings and pricing strategies
- Develop comprehensive category plans and assortment strategies that optimize inventory, profitability, and customer satisfaction

- Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fresh food buyer or merchandiser role within the retail industry

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation prowess, with the ability to secure favorable supplier terms
