C# Tech Lead

Job Summary

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science;
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience inC#.NET Development;
• Proficiency in WPF and ASP.NET for presentation frameworks;
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts; hands-on experience with MS SQL;
• Has strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Git with solid grasp of Git workflows;
• Experience in Agile Scrum teams; familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Solid project organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience working with Jenkins and Octopus;
• Certified .NET Developer;

Responsibilities

• Being involved in software development, maintenance, and support of custom-built software applications;
• Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and creating opportunities for team members professional growth;
• Prepare detailed technical documentation using Jira and Confluence to ensure effective communication;
• Conduct unit testing on software deliverables and assist in product, integration, and user acceptance testing;
• Provide post-implementation support, investigating and troubleshooting issues to ensure uninterrupted operation;
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
