CAD/BIM Technician

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to produce accurate design documentation
• Develop 2D and 3D drawings for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings
• Create and manage detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD and BIM software
• Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Perform quality checks on drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct revisions based on feedback from team members
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design feasibility
• Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary designs

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of AutoCAD, BIM Software such as Revit and Microsoft Projects
