Job Scope:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit)
- Create and maintain accurate project documentation and drawings
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure design specifications are met
- Assist in the coordination of design elements between different disciplines
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Support project managers in preparing presentations and project reports
- Stay updated on the latest software and industry trends
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the construction industry
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software (such as Revit), and Microsoft Projects
