As the Caf Floor Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering an elevated and seamless customer experience, managing daily operations, and upholding brand's renowned standards of elegance and sophistication.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Caf Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence and smooth floor activities.
- Lead the floor team to provide a welcoming, memorable experience that aligns with Prada's luxury standards.
- Help recruit, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards and a positive environment.
- Monitor the quality of food, beverages, and ambiance, addressing issues and upholding Prada's brand values.
- Track inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist in ordering to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Address customer feedback on the floor and escalate to the Caf Manager as needed.
- Help monitor daily sales and expenses, contributing to financial targets and budget adherence.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or luxury food and beverage sector.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team while maintaining high standards of service.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- A keen eye for maintaining quality, presentation, and luxury service standards in all aspects of the caf operation.
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages a plus, to communicate with a diverse customer base.
