Duties:
Responsible in running the operations of the caf. Responsible for opening and closing of caf. Lead the entire F&B team, Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures. Coaching and training of service staff. Maintain high level of service standard and cleanliness of caf. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Building strong rapport with guests. Handle guest feedback/complaints. Handling of staff roster and schedule.
