Cafe - Senior Pastry Baker

Major Responsibilities

• Production on current menu items
• Maintain a high standard and quality
• Menu: Fruits Tart, Cheese Cake, Tiramius, Fruit Shortcake, Carrot Cake, Matcha Tart, Key Lime Tart, Early tea Tart, Puff pastry, Sponge cake
• Ensure that targetted prouuctino are met
• Ensure all preperations are in order
• Ensure to follow the team leader's instruction

Work Schedule

• 8am to 6pm ( Assigned by team leader )

Qualification

• At leaste 5 years of pastry & baking experienced
• Meet production target on a daily basis
• Able to upkeep food quality and safety
