Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and interact with all customers, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that meets Creamier's standards.
- Prepare coffee-based beverages, teas, and food items using Creamier's unique recipes and procedures.
- Serve food and beverages in an efficient, friendly, and attentive manner.
- Maintain full knowledge of the menu to make tailored recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for food and beverage preparation and the ordering system.
- Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism.
- Set up and prepare workstations before shifts begin.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintain an organized and hygienic workspace.
- Monitor and restock inventory for daily operations, minimizing wastage and spoilage.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong work ethic with initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Friendly, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Alternate 5/6 work week
