Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging and communicate with customers in a polite, courteous, and constructive manner, actively promoting our services and menu.
• Manage reservations, greet guests, and attend to their needs with grace and efficiency.
• Handle all guest-related matters, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring seating arrangements match the group size.
• Oversee the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Handle day-to-day restaurant reservations, including large group bookings, promptly and respectfully.
• Maintain positive relations with guests and manage the reception area with poise.
• Provide menu recommendations upon request and enhance the guest dining experience by up-selling additional products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service details for reservations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-year experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality guest service with a welcoming demeanor.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and customers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
