Responsible for managing floor service and supervising the team within the company's guidelines, ensuring excellent customer service, adherence to company procedures, quality, general order, and hygiene and health standards.
Responsibilities
- Manages pastry product sales and restaurant service, ensuring proper customer service and understanding customer needs.
- Supervises department staff activities, possessing thorough knowledge of products, including ingredients and preparation, to provide accurate information and purchasing advice.
- Monitors product freshness and quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addresses any discrepancies.
- Proactively replenishes products, maintaining orderly displays and counters, and manages daily stock reports.
- Ensures department cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Oversees internal and external display arrangement and product presentation, following company guidelines, and addresses maintenance needs.
- Monitors warehouse stock to ensure availability, checks expiration dates, and maintains packaging materials.
- Prepares packaging following company guidelines, ensuring product integrity during delivery or shipment.
- Maximizes sales through effective product recommendations, attentive to customer preferences, allergies, and intolerances.
- Manages in-store and telephone customer orders and prepares estimates.
- Guarantees adequate maintenance of the crockery.
- Reports sensitive issues and disputes in sales and after-sales service to the Caffe Manager.
- Collaborates with the bar and dining area to fulfill pastry-related customer requests.
- Ensures proper opening and closing procedures and conducts regular checks for cleanliness, order, and maintenance.
- Complies with hygiene and health norms and company standards.
