Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To calibrate mechanical equipment, measuring instruments, electrical & electronic equipments, dosimeters, jigs & fixtures.
- To liaise with external calibration service suppliers on calibration requirements & support.
- To update and maintain calibration information or data in computer system and to perform PM Monitoring and Dew Point Testing.
- To coordinate with other departments on calibration schedule so as to ensure that all relevant equipment are calibrated on a timely manner.
- To assist Calibration Supervisor on calibration issue and preparation or revision of calibration SOPs.
- Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.
Qualifications/ Education:
- Diploma or NITEC (NTC/ ITC) in any discipline
- Minimum O level qualification or equivalentor Certified Quality Technician
Skill Set and/or Experience:
- NITEC (NTC / ITC) with at least 5 years / Fresh Diploma
- NITEC (NTC/ ITC) with at least 8 years/ Diploma + 2 years
- Computer knowledge and blue print reading
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill
