Call Centre Agent / $13.45 per hour / Novena / Till December 2024 (EXTENDABLE!)

Contract period: till end December 2024 (extendable)

Work location: Novena

Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 5pm)

Salary: $13.45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Address taxpayers tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations

Requirements

• At least A level/diploma
• Able to commit immediately
• Good communication skills
• Candidate without experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
