Responsibilities:- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
O Level and above
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
Able to multitask- Able to commit to office hours desk-bound (9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays)
Open to be moved to shift work (details will be discussed in the interview)
Starting basic salary of $1,700
12 weeks probation- Confirmation increment depending on performance during probation
