Call Centre Officer (Automotive / 5.25 days)

• Manage incoming customer phone calls.
• Schedule service or repair appointments for customers.
• Support service advisors with call center issues.
• Proactively reach out to customers via phone to remind them of upcoming service appointments and suggest scheduling.
• Respond to incoming emails from myAudiworld regarding customers service appointments.
• Conduct follow-up calls regarding recalls or service campaigns.
• Handle general administrative tasks.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
