Customer Service, General Management, Sales / Retail- $3000 - $8000 ( Minimum $3000 )
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients- Maintain communication with clients throughout the leasing process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on the status of their lease applications
Provide customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance
Ensure high quality of cars and delivery standards
- Ensure we share the necessary customer documents with our partners and also ensure all partner documents are filed properly
Manage aftersales of Customers including maintenance, servicing, insurance, replacement, accidents.- Request and manage Temp/Replacement cars
Delivery and collection of vehicles when required
- Collect and bring vehicles for servicing / inspection when required
Request vehicle availability updates from Fleet Partners
Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above- Class 3 driving licence a must, vehicle provided
Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
- Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise- Good written and spoken English and Chinese as to liaise with our China base counterpart
Experience within Car rental / Leasing is highly advantageous
- Passionate in cars and highly interested in the Automotive industry
Basic Salary + Structure Commission + Monthly Incentives
