Job Scope
- Provide detailed information about new and used vehicles, including specifications, features, and condition.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, performance, and market value.
- Prepare accurate and compelling vehicle listings, including high-quality photographs and comprehensive descriptions.
- Showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle to potential partners.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote vehicles, including online platforms, social media, and print advertising.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective partners to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Close sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the handover process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Foster long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- NITEC / Professional Certificate in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry
- Possess Class 3 License is an added advantage
