(Responsibilities)
- Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person, including screening and evaluation.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Source and identify candidates aligned with client requirements and expectations.
- Review resumes, interview, and select candidates who meet job criteria.
- Provide career advice and consultation to support candidates in achieving their career goals.
- Oversee job offer processes, including salary negotiations, start dates, and allowance discussions.
- Manage job postings, sourcing efforts, and follow-ups up to the candidate's start date.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring all candidate and client interactions are documented.
- Follow up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth start and support their well-being in the new role.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support recruitment operations.

- Flexible timings from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (As long as the employee fulfils 8 hours, excluding lunch break).

(Requirements & Preferences)
(Must)
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment as a Career or Recruitment Consultant
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, such as client acquisitions, or revenue goals.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all backgrounds, industries, and experience levels.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills for a professional business environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work settings.
- Willingness to take and pass the CEI Certification (Basic) exam before starting.
(Advantageous)
- Possessing a CEI Certification (Basic) is preferred
- Experience in the IT/Finance industry would be a plus!
- Experience working in a Japanese company or a high interest in Japanese culture is an added advantage!
