Job Responsibilities
Day-to-day operation and maintenance of FM&E Operation Support Centre (OSC).
Monitor and manage Facilities equipment (ACMV, pumps, Hot Water, Ejector system, Lighting) via Building Management System (BMS).
Monitor and response to fire detection, PA and fire protection, VSDA, Engineering Smoke Control related alarms.
Monitor and response to Lifts and Escalators related alarms.
Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
Attend and process BU requests on facilities equipment scheduling (e.g., Lighting, air-con, etc.).
Maintain/record daily Operation E-log and maintenance activities.
Proper pass down/handover end of shift.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
Technical background in related facilities equipment and 2 10 years relevant experience with (BMS, ACMV, pumps, Hot Water, Ejector system, Lighting, Fire Alarm, PA, Fire Protection, VESDA, ESCS, Lift and Escalator, etc.) maintenance and service quality mindset.
Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment would be advantageous.
Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts.
Able to cover shift duty support as needed.
