Job Responsibilities
Position Summary: As a Digitalization Engineer, you will be pivotal in our journey to digitalize the Facilities Management and Engineering Department. You will review current processes and design digital platforms using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline operations, enhance communication, and automate tasks. Your efforts will enable data-driven decision-making and improve overall departmental functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Digital Solution Development: Assess existing processes and develop digital platforms using Microsoft Power Platform to serve as the foundation for streamlined departmental processes.
Automation & AI Integration: Implement AI, ML, and robotics solutions to minimize manual and repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Data Management & Insights: Ensure digital platforms provide easy access to information, enabling informed decision-making and insightful data analysis.
Communication Enhancement: Develop and implement tools to improve communication within the department and with external stakeholders.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on new digital tools and ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in digital solutions and processes.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Information Communications Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong interest in digitalization and technology-driven process improvement.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Basic understanding of AI, ML, and robotic process automation.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
